Animal Medical Center is looking to add
LICENSED
Veterinary Technician's to our team. We have been offering services to our community since 1998, and with our growth and demand we need top notch candidates to work alongside our skilled LVT'S! We pride in the care and compassion our team offers and the services our Doctors and staff fulfill for all our patients and clients alike. Licensed Technician Responsibilities:
Full support of our Doctors and fellow Technicians Client Educator with excellent communication skills The ability to work well with a team and displays great team playing skills Multi-tasking, initiative, composure at its best during difficult times Monitoring anesthesia, patients and machines during procedures Prepping for and hands on Radiology skills including Dental X-rays Assistance as needed for Ultrasonography Dental cleanings, blood pressures Intubate and extubate patients Scrub in and assist with orthopedic procedures when necessary Place catheters, blood draws, animal restraints with control Recover surgical and hospitalized patients Calculate medications to include injections as instructed by Doctors Ability to handle scheduled technician appointments and administer vaccines Assistance as needed with appointments in coordination with Doctors and assistants Meet annual CE requirements If you feel you meet our expectations for the position and are
