LVTs must be licensed in WA (1 position)VTS Dentistry is a huge PLUS and comes with additional compensation.

We observe the legal definition of veterinary technician at our hospital, and duties are assigned accordingly but may include:

Exam supportSample collection & General diagnosticsCytologyAnesthesia including lengthy procedures >3-4 hoursAdvanced dentistry supportAdministration of medications (PO, SC, IM, IV, IP, etc)Nursing careBandaging, splintingClient education of our amazing clientsAdvanced imagingRehabilitation appointmentsBehavior servicesSafe, Fear-Free animal handling in a wide variety of circumstancesHospital maintenanceCustomer careAdditional requirements:

Comfort performing procedures with the pet owner presentSitting or standing for long periods of timeLifting up to 40 lb repeatedly during a shiftExcellent written and verbal English language skillsMulti-lingual a plus!
