Job Description

We look for kind people with excellent technical skills. Our team members are capable of hustling while keeping the attention to detail that our clients expect. We enjoy our downtime and each other's company as we are a family-oriented team. Our practice is founded on caring for pets with our veterinary expertise and working with their owners with empathy and compassion.
Duties:
  • Perform job duties allowed to CVT's by the state of Wisconsin
  • Collect and analyze laboratory samples, such as blood and urine using in-house lab equipment
  • Induce, monitor and recover pets from anesthesia under the direction of DVM
  • Position for and take digital radiographs
  • Perform dental cleanings and dental radiographs
  • All aspects of client communication from wellness appointments surgical discharge and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and procedures
Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a veterinary technician is preferred but we are willing to mentor a motivated new graduate
Requirements:
  • Must be a certified veterinary technician
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written including strong typing skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
