  • 10 hour days. We are closed every Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday!
  • Overview:
  • We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and possess a strong knowledge of veterinary practices. CVTs encouraged to apply.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist veterinarians in medical, surgical, and dental procedures
  • Perform laboratory tests on blood, urine, and feces
  • Administer medications and vaccines under the direction of a veterinarian
  • Handle and restrain animals during examinations and treatment
  • Provide post-operative care and monitoring
  • Maintain accurate medical records
  • Educate pet owners on animal care and treatment plans
  • Experience:
  • The successful candidate should have experience or knowledge in the following areas:
  • Kennel operations
  • Animal handling techniques
  • Understanding of animal anatomy
  • Familiarity with veterinary critical care procedures
  • Animal husbandry practices
  • Proficiency in aseptic techniques
  • Knowledge of veterinary terminology
  • Laboratory procedures related to animal health
