Serving pets and their families since 1979, we are proud to be Fear Free Certified and committed to providing high-quality medicine in a supportive, team-oriented environment. We are currently seeking a Certified Veterinary Technician to join our collaborative team of 10doctors and skilled support staff. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated technician who wants to apply their skills, continue learning, and grow within a progressive private practice. Our hospital offers a wide range of services, from wellness exams and vaccinations to urgent care and emergency services. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Our Certified Veterinary Technicians are utilized to their fullest potential and play a vital role in patient care, including: Implementing treatment plans prescribed by doctors Calculating and administering medications Placing IV catheters and performing venipuncture Taking and positioning radiographs Monitoring and performing anesthesia Providing attentive, high-quality critical patient care If you enjoy a challenge, take pride in your technical skills, and want to work in a practice that truly values its technicians, we would love to meet you.
Qualifications include:
Graduate of an AVMA accredited program Licensed/Certified Individual Experience in anesthesia is preferred
Compensation:
Pay is negotiable and based on experience. New graduates are welcome to apply.
