Four Paws Veterinary Clinic, steps away from the scenic Wisconsin River, is actively seeking a dedicated Veterinary Technician to join our team. At Four Paws, we take pride in our loyal clientele and excellent reputation. As the only locally-owned veterinary clinic in the area, our clinic culture is centered around cultivating genuine relationships with clients and their pets. We strive to treat every pet as though they are our own, ensuring the highest standard of care and compassion. Our full-service clinic offers surgery, dentals, digital radiography, ultrasound, and in-house laboratory. We're looking for team members with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for animal health. Associate's degree and certification in veterinary technology is preferred, but we are willing to consider a candidate with relevant veterinary experience or one working towards certification. Hourly wage is based on experience level and credentials.

Responsibilities Provide compassionate care for animals, ensuring their comfort and well-being during examinations and treatments. Monitor anesthesia and perform dental cleaning and charting. Maintain accurate paper and digital medical records and documentation, utilizing Cornerstone software. Perform chemistries, CBC, and urinalysis using IDEXX lab equipment. Educate pet owners on proper animal care, nutrition, and preventative medicine. Willingness to perform front desk duties such as making appointments and client communication. Ensure cleanliness and organization in the clinic, including kennel areas.Job Types:
