You will be part of an established team of 12 responsible for overseeing the maintenance and optimization of the Building HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems across the facility.
• Perform planned and preventative maintenance on chillers, boilers, air handling units and related building service systems.
• Monitor building systems performance and identify efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
• Support energy management and sustainability initiatives
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Engineer or similar role in a commercial environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and controls.
• NATE Certification in HVAC / Mechanical systems.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to details. What's on offer:
