HVAC Company Warehouse Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment and warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing all service and install equipment, keeping accurate counts of all equipment using software program and ordering needed equipment. Manager is responsible for staging equipment needed for upcoming jobs for easy access to installers and technicians, as well as ensuing accuracy of equipment and supplies needed for seamless transition to jobsite. Candidate responsible to ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintaining high-quality service delivery. This role requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement in HVAC systems and processes. Additional responsibilities will include vehicle maintenance of fleet, to include keeping track of needed service in computer programs and coordinating services. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse and supplies to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of warehouse. Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels of parts and supplies for timely repairs and installations. Manage warehouse operations, including the organization of materials and equipment for easy access and retrieval. Utilize transportation management systems to optimize logistics related to HVAC equipment delivery. Ensure proper order fulfillment processes are followed for all service requests and installations. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Collaborate with other departments for effective production planning related to HVAC projects. Skills Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques and/or willingness to learn. Proficiency in inventory management practices to maintain optimal stock levels. Experience in warehouse management, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of materials. Ability to manage order fulfillment processes accurately and efficiently. Forklift operation skills are needed for handling heavy equipment safely. Expertise in materials management to ensure proper procurement processes are followed. Commitment to continuous improvement methodologies to enhance service delivery. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and communicate with varying departments.
