HVAC Contractor Dispatcher

An established and growing, locally operated and owned HVAC contractor seeking a person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and a can-do, positive attitude. Most of the customer interaction is over the telephone. Our number one focus is high customer satisfaction and exceptional customer service. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and problem solve are also essential. Previous experience is a big plus, but we are very willing to train the right candidate. Overtime available. Year-round, consistent, daytime work schedule. Need experience with multi-line phones and deep patience.
