HVAC Customer Service and Schedule Coordinator Gillette HeatingAir | Spanish Fork, UT Full-Time | $20-$26/hour Based on Experience Gillette HeatingAir is hiring a highly organized, customer-focused HVAC Customer Service and Schedule Coordinator to support our growing team in Spanish Fork. This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service, scheduling, dispatching, or office administration who wants to build a long-term career with one of Utah's most respected HVAC companies. Serve as a central point of communication for customers and technicians by scheduling service appointments, coordinating daily calendars, dispatching technicians, answering customer inquiries, managing inbound calls, supporting office operations, and helping create a seamless customer experience from start to finish.What We're Looking For:
