HVAC Estimator/Project Manager

Competitive Pay Excellent Benefits Professional Growth Great Company Culture The HVAC Estimator is responsible for sizing, estimating, and quoting all HVAC projects. This includes understanding the customer's requirements, working with the sales team, Project Managers and then estimating the time it will take to complete the project, as well as the cost of materials and labor.

Qualifications:

5+ years experience in HVAC estimating / project management Experience in a variety of project @types to include Commercial, and Industrial projects Estimating the cost of HVAC projects, preparing cost estimates, reviewing project plans and specifications, researching products and materials, reading blueprints, evaluating bids, and preparing proposals Provide estimates for projects with a range of complexity Remain up to date on current industry trends in order to stay competitive in this ever-changing field Communicate effectively with customers, sales team, and other internal departments to ensure each project is delivered as promised Understand energy codes and specifications that may affect each project Maintain records of all completed estimates in an organized manner Please send resume to anna.boyd@gogpac.com for more information on this or any other positions you may be interested in.
