Brush Prairie, WA Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, extensive commercial HVAC experience, and the ability to manage field crews, schedules, and jobsite coordination while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead HVAC field crews on commercial construction projects Coordinate daily jobsite activities with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades Read and interpret blueprints, plans, specifications, and submittals Oversee installation of ductwork, HVAC equipment, piping, and complete HVAC systems Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards Manage manpower allocation, material usage, and track job progress Conduct quality control inspections to ensure workmanship meets project requirements Maintain project schedules and support timely completion of milestones Communicate effectively with contractors, inspectors, project teams, and field personnel Identify and resolve field issues proactively to avoid delays Qualifications Minimum 6+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience Previous Foreman or field leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, installation practices, and jobsite coordination Ability to read blueprints and coordinate field layout accurately Valid driver's license and reliable transportation OSHA certification preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off and company-recognized holidays Per diem opportunities (where applicable) Company vehicle and/or gas card (where applicable) Career advancement opportunities Stable, long-term employment with a growing teamSimilar jobs in Brush Prairie, WA
