Key Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch HVAC installation jobs efficiently Coordinate daily with technicians, sales team, and customers Communicate job status updates and ensure a smooth customer experience Track installation progress, timelines, and job completion Prepare job documentation and maintain accurate records Manage installation inventory and material availability Troubleshoot scheduling or job-related issues quickly Support onboarding and training of new team members Assist with Quality Control Qualifications Experience in dispatching, scheduling, project coordination, or construction/HVAC office roles preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Comfortable using Microsoft Office and scheduling/project software Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment HVAC or construction industry experience is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Pay & Benefits $42,000
