HVAC Install Manager

Job Summary Gault Heating & Cooling is seeking a driven HVAC Install Manager to lead our installation department. This role is responsible for managing install crews, overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who emphasizes attendance, accountability, and a positive, professional attitude, while maintaining a high standard of performance. Customer service is paramount in this role and must be reflected in every installation and team interaction. $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
