HVAC Installer

Chadwell Comforts seeks a skilled and motivated HVAC Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing residential and/or commercial HVAC systems, excellent customer service skills, and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities Install, replace, and/or retrofit HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, and ductwork Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Follow company protocols and safety guidelines Maintain a clean, organized job site and professional appearance Communicate clearly with customers and team members Assist with system start-up, testing, and troubleshooting Submit installation reports and documentation on time. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of HVAC installation experience EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong customer service and communication abilities

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
