HVAC Installer HVAC Installer (Full-Time) - Nicolet Heating & Cooling - Green Bay, WI Nicolet Heating & Cooling in Green Bay, WI is seeking motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented HVAC Tech/Installers to join our growing team on multiple job sites in the Sheboygan, . As an HVAC installer, you'll assist with both rough-in and finish work on a variety of commercial and residential HVAC projects .

Key Responsibilities:

Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems Assist with rough-in and finish installation work Perform routine maintenance and system inspections Troubleshoot and repair HVAC issues efficiently Connect equipment to fuel, water, and refrigerant systems Fabricate and install ductwork and system components Install thermostats, dampers, and related controls Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction Accurately document work performed

Requirements:

Previous experience in HVAC or related fields is preferred but not required. Experience in maintenance, plumbing, siding, construction , or appliance repair is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. Motivated, dependable, and team-oriented attitude. 1 year (Preferred) Previous construction trade experience (Preferred) Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities:

Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Comply with all applicable standards, policies, or procedures, such as safety procedures or the maintenance of a clean work area. Connect heating or air conditioning equipment to fuel, water, or refrigerant source to form complete circuit. Fabricate, assemble, or install duct work or chassis parts, using portable metal-working tools or welding equipment. Install auxiliary components to heating or cooling equipment, such as expansion or discharge valves, air ducts, pipes, blowers, dampers, flues, or stokers. Wrap pipes, securing insulation in place with cement or wire bands. Install, connect, or adjust thermostats, humidistats, or timers. Measure, cut, thread, or bend pipe or tubing, using pipe fitter's tools. Cut or drill holes in floors, walls, or roof to install equipment, using power saws or drills.
