We have immediate openings for Experienced Lead HVAC Installers/Technicians for New Construction Residential Homes and Light Commercial. We are looking for a hard-working, experienced Installer(s) who have strong time management and attention to detail skills, as well as have the ability to read and interpret plans/manuals to come and join our HVAC team. We want individuals who are capable of working in a fast pace environment. If you are a team player this is a great opportunity to join our growing team! As an HVAC Installer you will support with the installation of HVAC systems for new construction residential homes, light commercial and remodeling. The position requires strong mechanical aptitude, motivation and sense of urgency to complete jobs as assigned. Must be prompt and reliable. Assemble, or install duct work Assemble, position and mount heating or cooling equipment, following blueprints Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork sustems Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas, and electric furnaces, troubleshooting and installation of all residential systems. Understand and apply all codes for residential heating Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings Ability to test and balance systems Ability to complete all necessary paperwork Maintain strong relations with co-workers, builders and sub-contractor(s) Ability to train and supervise others Capable of running a job from start to finish with minimal supervision and within budget

Requirements/ Job Specifications:

High School diploma or GED Post secondary schooling preferred, but not required EPA Certification preferred, but not required. (Willingness to obtain EPA Certification) Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record in state of employment Willingness to invest time in training, including seminars and classes Ability to follow written and verbal directions Standard Safety knowledge of tools, equipment use and surroundings Strong mechanical aptitude, basic tool of knowledge and ability to learn quickly Strong attendance and punctuality to work on time - required Ability to pass a background check and pass the pre-employment drug screening
