Full-time Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with customers and team members to ensure installations are performed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation systems. Perform system testing and quality assurance checks to ensure proper functionality. Follow installation specifications, manufacturer guidelines, and local codes. Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and customers to understand installation requirements. Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance before completing installations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper disposal of old systems and materials. Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and energy-saving practices. Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition. Comply with safety regulations and company policies during all installations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or technical training is a plus. 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Installer preferred. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques. Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 75 pounds) and work in confined spaces, attics, and outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
