Full Time Description We need you! Comfort First Heating and Cooling is a fast-growing company, and we are looking for an Experienced HVAC Lead Installer who genuinely cares about the customer and looks at this opportunity as not just a job, but a career. Must have at least 3 years of experince being a lead installer. Our HVAC Installers are responsible for helping our customers by installing HVAC systems.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead an installation team by accurately and proficiently installing heating and air conditioning equipment to company standards while providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Ability to work alongside others Accurately use timecard and review invoices Effectively communicate with customers

Pay and Benefits:

Pay potential earnings: $72,800-$104,000/annually

3-5 years of HVAC Installation Experience Ability to install HVAC equipment safety Proficient written and verbal communication skills Willingness to work as a team Customer service focused
