In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment. Your expertise will help keep facilities comfortable, safe, and efficient while providing exceptional service to clients. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and field service skills in a fast-paced environment that values proactive problem-solving and technical excellence. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems. Diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters; execute repairs efficiently to minimize downtime. Service HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems including air conditioning units, and gas furnaces Conduct field service visits at various property sites to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Read and interpret HVAC design plans, schematics, and technical drawings for precise maintenance or installation work. Maintain detailed records of all service activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system upgrades to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational documentation. Requirements 1-3 years of HVAC experience, preferably in service and maintenance Proven experience in construction or property maintenance with a strong background as a service technician specializing in HVAC systems. Mechanical knowledge of HVAC components including residential furnaces and air conditioners Ability to read schematics and technical drawings; familiarity with HVAC design principles is highly desirable. Proficiency with diagnostic tools including ohmmeters, voltmeters, and monometers; capable of troubleshooting electrical issues within HVAC systems. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong field service skills with the ability to work independently in diverse environments while maintaining safety standards.
