HVAC Maintenance Technician:

Perform regular maintenance and inspections of HVAC systems, including checking for wear and tear, cleaning, and testing equipment functionality. Replace or clean filters, lubricate parts, and clean air ducts as needed. Diagnose and troubleshoot minor issues and perform necessary repairs to keep systems running efficiently. Ensure that HVAC systems are compliant with local safety codes and regulations. Record and document all service and maintenance activities, including any parts used and recommendations for future service. Respond to maintenance calls and provide efficient solutions to any HVAC-related issues. Advise customers on energy-saving tips and system performance improvements. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained. Communicate effectively with clients, management, and other team members. HVAC Maintenance Technician:

High school diploma or equivalent (HVAC certification or training is a plus). Proven experience as an HVAC Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
