HVAC Maintenance Technician

Seeking Maintenance Crew Member Swanson Developments, LP, is a multi-faceted, family owned, real estate company. We buy, sell, lease, trade and develop land. We also lease, manage and build commercial and residential subdivisions and buildings. Our company has been in the real estate business for over 50 years and we offer services to build and develop according to the needs of our over 400 clients, on over 120 properties. We are currently looking to hire for the below: HVAC/Maintenance tech We are looking for team members who are self motivated and adaptable to changing environments. There is growth potential with this positions. This is a local job contained to Rutherford/ Coffee/ Bedford Counties. Preferred experience in the use of basic tools and able to read a tape measure. Cordless tools are a plus.
