HVAC Mechanic

HVAC Mechanic -Full Time (40 hours/week): Able to perform planned and unplanned maintenance of heating and cooling systems and understand operation of HVAC systems; Respond to tenant service calls and maintain optimum operation of building systems; Possess a knowledge and understanding of HVAC/R maintenance work; Maintains state or local certification/ license and EPA CFC recovery certification as applicable; Performs operation, maintenance repairs and installations on, but not limited to: refrigeration, controls HVAC, electrical, plumbing and components including computerized building monitoring and control systems; knowledge of all tools and testing equipment of said trades; able to read blue-prints, mechanical and electrical schematics and control diagrams. Ability to complete necessary paperwork associated with preventative maintenance and service calls. Ideal candidate would possess good customer service and communication skills. Must be able to pass a Federal Government background check.

Salary:

$34.87/hour plus $3.25 Health and Welfare and $4.50 pension per hour ($42.62/hour) Required experience: HVAC Experience in
