Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC New Construction Startup / Service Technician to join our team. Your expertise will contribute to our goal of delivering outstanding comfort solutions to our valued customers.

Responsibilities :

Perform installations, repairs, maintenance, and various HVAC systems, including but not limited to furnace, air conditions, heat pumps, and ventilation systems. Diagnose issues with HVAC systems and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to plan and execute HVAC projects effectively. Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner, explaining the work performed and any recommendations for improvement. Keep accurate records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each job. Stay up to date with industry advancements, technologies, and best practices. Always adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent: completion of HVAC training program or equivalent. Valid HVAC technician certification and relevant licenses as required by state regulations. Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and components. Knowledge of electrical and refrigeration principles related to HVAC. Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Valid driver's license EPA certification for handling refrigerants NATE certification a plus Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends based on demand. Be on call one week a month. Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, reach overhead, work from a 6 foot ladder, and work in various weather conditions.
