We are currently seeking a driven, relationship-focused Medical Sales Representative to join our growing team. Position Overview The Medical Sales Representative (MSR) is responsible for driving strategic growth, developing provider partnerships, and increasing utilization of AON's neurodiagnostic services within an assigned territory. This role serves as the primary relationship manager between AON and healthcare providers, ensuring exceptional service, strong communication, and continued account growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in healthcare sales, enjoys building long-term provider relationships, and wants to make an impact within a rapidly growing organization. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic territory growth plans Prospect and secure new provider relationships and referral sources Conduct in-person provider meetings and presentations Drive referral growth and achieve sales targets/KPIs Maintain ongoing relationships with physicians, administrators, and clinical staff Support onboarding and activation of new accounts Collaborate with operations, billing, and clinical teams to ensure seamless service delivery Track activity and pipeline updates within CRM systems Participate in trade shows, meetings, and regional initiatives as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree required (Business or Healthcare preferred) 2-5 years of sales experience required Medical sales experience preferred Proven track record of achieving sales goals Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and team members Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite Professional, organized, and results-driven mindset Compensation & Benefits Competitive Base Salary Performance-Based Incentive Opportunities Car Allowance Full-Time Employment Opportunity Growth and Advancement Potential Collaborative and Supportive Leadership Team Travel Requirements Up to 75% travel within assigned territory Daily in-field provider visits expected Flexibility to support regional meetings and company initiatives Why Join AON?
