Job Description
$80,000 Base + Commission | W2 + Benefits | Most Warm Leads Provided | Company Vehicle Are you a proven sales star with the numbers to back it up? SuperTech is growing fast, and we are looking for a true sales professional who has already demonstrated success in a competitive sales environment. HVAC experience is helpful, but it is not required. What is required is a proven record of being a top performer. This is a high-opportunity role for someone who knows how to build trust, uncover customer needs, present solutions, and close business professionally. We provide warm leads, strong training, marketing support, and a proven sales process. You bring the discipline, confidence, coachability, and sales results. As a Comfort Advisor, you will meet with homeowners during in-home consultations to understand their home comfort and energy-management needs. You will educate customers, present replacement options for heating and cooling systems, and help them make the best decision for their home. We are in our busy season, and demand is strong. We need closers — not order takers. This Role Is for Proven Sales Performers Because this position includes a strong base salary, we are only considering candidates who can show evidence of past sales success. You may be a great fit if you have: Consistently ranked at or near the top of your sales team Exceeded quota or sales goals year after year Sold high-ticket products or services Won sales awards or recognition Built a strong book of business or produced measurable revenue growth Experience closing customers in homes, showrooms, dealerships, financial services, remodeling, roofing, solar, home improvement, medical sales, real estate, or another competitive sales environment HVAC experience is preferred, but not required. Proven sales success is required.
