Your New Role Convert qualified leads into closed HVAC installation projects in New York City, NY and surrounding areas Conduct in-home evaluations and assess customer needs for system upgrades or replacements Present customized HVAC solutions that emphasize efficiency, performance, and long-term value Build trust with homeowners through expert consultation and clear communication Manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation to closing the deal Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
