The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in all office aspects of new equipment installation, as well as, scheduling service appointments. Responsibilities Manage all office oriented aspects of HVAC installation from equipment ordering to warranty claims. Help with scheduling service appointments when needed. Purchasing service parts. Utilize dispatching software such as ESC by Fieldedge. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records. Excellent customer service skills. Previous office experience in HVAC is helpful, but we will train the right person. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
