What You'll Do Diagnose and service residential HVAC systems Perform maintenance, repairs, and system recommendations Identify water quality or plumbing opportunities during calls Educate homeowners and recommend the right solutions Turn service calls into high-value sales opportunities Deliver a 5-star customer experience What Makes This Role Different You're not just fixing systems, you're driving revenue HVAC calls + water solutions = higher ticket, higher commissions No pushy scripts, just clear recommendations that make sense You'll have multiple ways to earn on every visit Pay Structure Competitive hourly base Commission on HVAC sales, upgrades, and water systems Uncapped earning potential $30-$40/hr + commission $80,000-$130,000+ total earning potential (If you're used to just hourly pay, this will feel different. If you're a closer, this is where you scale.)
