• Accountability Responsibilities of the role Field tech support calls from your service team Train on best practices, troubleshooting, and Nexstar service system guides Provide 1-1 coaching and mentoring in the field Run warranty or callback calls that other techs are struggling with Provide operational support to the service manager in the HVAC service department Assist service manager in conducting ride-alongs for technical and customer service evaluation Assist technicians with their option building Assist in onboarding new service technicians and maintenance techs Maintain duties as a field technician and service technician when high demand occurs Desired skills & experience At least 3 years of verifiable field experience as a lead HVAC technician An understanding of local code and manf.

instructions A positive outlook and 'can do' attitude Excellent multi-tasking skills Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft word, google sheets & docs, Service Titan and Oncallair CRM) Pay range

• Depends on experience $75,000
