This role is ideal for a well-rounded technician who can diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems while providing a professional experience for customers. What You'll Be Doing Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment Perform seasonal maintenance and system tune-ups Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and mechanical issues Clearly communicate findings and repair options to customers Complete job notes, invoices, photos, and updates using company software Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Follow safety procedures and company standards Collaborate with team members on larger installations What We're Looking For Strong experience in both HVAC service AND installation (required) Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using mobile apps/service software Valid driver's license with clean driving record EPA certification preferred Michigan mechanical license or related certifications are a plus Why Join The Team?
