HVAC Service Manager Auburn, MA | $85K-$95K + Company Vehicle + Strong Benefits We've partnered with a highly stable, family-owned HVAC and home services organization seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to oversee daily service operations and lead a team of technicians, dispatch, and support staff. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong HVAC technical knowledge who also enjoys coaching teams, improving operations, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Manage HVAC service technicians and daily operations Coordinate scheduling and dispatch efficiency Support technicians with troubleshooting and escalations Conduct ride-alongs, coaching, and performance reviews Handle customer concerns professionally Improve workflow, productivity, and service quality

Requirements:

7+ years of HVAC technical experience 3+ years of leadership experience HVAC licensing preferred (Oil Burner, Pipefitter, Plumbing, etc.) Strong operational and customer service skills Valid driver's license
