HVAC Service Technician

Vista Pros Heating & Cooling, Inc. is looking to add an experienced Service Technicians to our team of professionals. We pride ourselves of being a young and innovative company, that is determined to change the public opinion of the HVAC trade through transparency, sustainability, excellent customer service and craftsmanship. We don't want sales-techs, we focus on diagnostics and maintenance routines to provide our customers with honest feedback and suggestions. Show us what you've got! Become a VP! The successful candidate should exhibit the consistent ability to: 1. Safely perform scheduled preventive maintenance routines 2. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems 3. Provide exceptional customer service - Our relationships with our customers are essential! 4. Be self-motivated and possess strong problem solving and time management skills. 5. Must be able to pass random drug testing and a background check. 6. We offer profit sharing with our employees. 7. Rotating on-call schedule. Pay is competitive and based on experience, $25 - $30.00 per hour for Experienced Technicians.

Certifications:

EPA certification is required. Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable): Must be able to legally work in the US. Security Clearance is not generally applicable, but may be required for some customer sites. A background verification will be required.
