Competitive compensation Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time Paid training and career development Company-provided truck you can take home Company uniforms and iPad provided Supportive team culture that values work-life balance Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment Clean and service air handling units, reheat coils, and related components Inspect and ensure condensation drain lines are functioning properly Respond to emergency service calls promptly and professionally Maintain accurate service records and daily job documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked service truck Deliver high-quality workmanship that meets company standards and applicable codes Provide clear, accurate pricing and recommendations to customers Perform thorough HVAC inspections and communicate findings professionally Support and mentor junior technicians and apprentices Collaborate with dispatch and office staff to ensure accurate job completion and documentation Properly document and communicate warranty and recall jobs Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent 3-5 years of HVAC service and repair experience (preferred) Universal EPA Certification required Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Ability to work limited on-call hours as needed Physically capable of working in confined spaces and performing field service work What We're Looking For A technician who takes pride in doing the job right the first time Someone who values professionalism, accountability, and teamwork A strong communicator who can build trust with homeowners A motivated individual who wants long-term growth and career opportunity A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Overtime opportunities available On-call rotation as needed Please submit your resume for consideration.
