• 120,000 per year ($60/hr billable rate) + $6,000

The ideal candidate is a skilled troubleshooter who takes pride in their work, values honesty and professionalism, and wants to grow with a company that truly invests in its people. ■ Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and customers
• Recommend maintenance and system improvements where needed
• Accurately document services performed and parts used
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and jobsite
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards ■ Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC service preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and dependable work ethic ■ Compensation & Benefits
