Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician for our beautiful property located in Greer, SC. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year experience in the apartment home maintenance field, a solid employment work history and the interest in building a successful team environment. The following skills are necessary for the position.

• Understanding of the apartment industry
• Tasks and repairs inherent to the turnover and general maintenance process
• Experience in Plumbing
• HVAC Certification or 1 year working knowledge
