We are seeking skilled, dependable, and preferably licensed HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. This role focuses on residential and light commercial service, maintenance, and installation (as needed). What's in it for You?

Work alongside professionals who care about craftsmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction Your New Role As an HVAC Service Technician in Norwalk, Connecticut, you will be the expert customers rely on to keep their heating and cooling systems running at peak performance: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems including central air conditioners, heat pumps, oil and gas furnaces, boilers, and geothermal systems Perform routine maintenance, seasonal tune-ups, and system performance evaluations Identify system inefficiencies and recommend repair or replacement solutions Test electrical components, refrigerant levels, airflow, and safety controls Complete accurate service documentation using company-provided technology Ensure all repairs and service work meet local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications Maintain a clean, professional appearance and an organized service vehicle Deliver exceptional customer service and clearly explain findings and solutions to homeowners
