HVAC Manager About the Role Lantz Home Services is seeking a driven, customer-focused HVAC Service Technician who thrives in a performance-based environment. This role is ideal for technicians who take pride in their craft, value efficiency, and want to be rewarded based on their production and results. Our technicians act as trusted advisors—combining technical expertise with strong communication to deliver solutions that maximize system performance, reduce operating costs, and ensure long-term comfort and reliability for homeowners. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and duct systems Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups in accordance with company standards Present repair and replacement options clearly and professionally to homeowners Build trust with customers through education, transparency, and solution-based recommendations Accurately document all work performed using ServiceTitan software Maintain proper inventory and organization of service vehicle Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations Participate in ongoing training and development to improve technical and sales performance Deliver a consistent 5-star customer experience Qualifications 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities EPA Certification required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus Compensation & Earning Potential Performance-based pay structure designed to reward productivity and results Commission on completed work and approved recommendations Bonus opportunities tied to key performance metrics (revenue, conversion, customer satisfaction) No cap on earnings—top performers have significant income potential Weekly performance tracking and transparent reporting What We Offer Company-provided service vehicle (take-home) Ongoing technical, sales, and leadership training Clear advancement path within a growing company Strong team culture focused on accountability and growth Paid time off and holidays Why Join Lantz Home Services?
