HVAC Service Technician

Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, with the ability to perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks efficiently. This role requires mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in various aspects of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and occasional refrigeration systems. EXPERIENCE OUT IN THE FIELD

) Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems including air conditioning units, heating systems, and refrigeration equipment. Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Conduct regular inspections of HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations. Weld and plumb as needed for system installations or repairs. Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns in residential or commercial properties. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. Skills Proficient in HVAC/R systems with a strong understanding of mechanical principles. Experience in welding and plumbing related to HVAC installations and repairs is preferred. Ability to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Commitment to safety practices within the workplace.
