Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency. Your expertise will help us provide reliable comfort solutions to our clients across various property types. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and field service experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Duties Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC equipment including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration systems. Read and interpret HVAC design plans, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute service tasks. Conduct plumbing and mechanical repairs related to HVAC systems and property maintenance projects. Utilize welding skills for equipment repair or modification when necessary. Maintain detailed service records, complete work orders, and document all repairs performed. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all field service activities and operate company vehicles responsibly. Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC service technician or in a similar field service role with a strong mechanical background. Knowledge of HVAC/R systems. Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams related to HVAC design and installation. Skilled in the use of diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other electrical testing equipment. Experience with appliance repair, property maintenance, welding, and equipment repair is highly desirable. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by experience in construction or property maintenance environments.
