Responsibilities Provide professional massage therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs, including techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or aromatherapy massage. Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals before each session. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment area in compliance with health and safety regulations. Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or wellness routines. Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and clinic productivity. Keep accurate records of treatments provided, client progress, and any relevant health information in accordance with privacy laws. Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements to ensure high-quality service delivery. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification or license in good standing. Proven experience delivering various massage techniques with a focus on client comfort and safety. Excellent communication skills to effectively listen to clients' needs and provide clear guidance. Ability to create a relaxing atmosphere that fosters trust and client loyalty. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications for massage therapy. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all health regulations and ethical standards.
