This role requires strong technical ability, professionalism, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday (with occasional weekends and overtime)

Pay Range:

$30-$37 Hour (based on experience) Benefits offered may include health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems Identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions to customers Provide professional, 5-star customer experience on every service call Maintain accurate service records and documentation Follow all company safety standards and procedures Represent the company with professionalism and integrity Perform other duties as assigned.
