Mechanical Assembler - $19.00-$23.50/hr ,Temp-to-Hire Partners Personnel is seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler with hands-on experience in manufacturing or production environments. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who takes pride in precision work and wants to grow into advanced equipment operation (forklift, overhead crane).

What You'll Do:

Perform mechanical assembly using hand tools, power tools, and torque tools Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions independently Assemble components involving hydraulic and electrical systems Ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to production standards Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

What We're Looking For:

1+ year of mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical diagrams Experience using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and measuring devices Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Comfortable working 3rd shift in a production environment
