Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC preferred. Previous experience in HVAC service or installation is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
