You will perform installations, maintenance, and service on both residential and commercial HVAC systems throughout the Boston Metro Area. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems Troubleshoot complex system issues using your technical knowledge and experience Communicate clearly with customers to explain options and recommend solutions Promote and grow the HVAC maintenance agreement program Accurately complete all service and repair documentation Train and mentor junior or apprentice technicians Represent the company professionally in the field Operate company vehicle and tools with care and responsibility Participate in on-call emergency service rotations Work safely in varying weather conditions and confined spaces Qualifications 5+ years of HVAC service and installation experience preferred Valid EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling Certification (Required) Refrigeration and Sheet Metal Licenses (Preferred) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be local to the Boston Metropolitan Area Comfortable working from 28' extension and 12' step ladders Excellent communication and customer service skills Willingness to invest in continued training and tools Strong understanding of HVAC codes and electrical/refrigeration principles Motivated, dependable, team-oriented, and drug-free High work ethic, flexible to work extended hours and weekends when needed
