HVAC Service Technician (Maintenance / Startups / Replacements)

What You'll Run Startups on residential new construction (RNC) systems Help with system replacements Maintenance visits to keep systems running properly Basic service repairs and parts replacement Support for service and install teams as needed What We Expect You show up ready to work and learn every day You follow processes and take direction well You communicate respectfully with customers and team members You take pride in clean, quality work You stay organized and complete tasks properly You don't cut corners What You'll Do Perform system startups on new installations Complete routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems Replace parts and components as needed Assist with system replacements and installs Follow checklists and company processes for every job Use ServiceTitan to document work and close out calls Maintain clean job sites and professional appearance What We're Looking For HVAC experience preferred (entry-level to 2 years) EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain) Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn Strong work ethic and reliability Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and clean driving record How You'll Get Paid ▶ Competitive hourly + performance opportunities ▶ Growth into performance-based roles ▶ Clear path to higher earnings as skills develop If you're willing to learn, work hard, and grow — you won't stay entry-level long.
