HVAC System Technician

Shift:

Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm

Summary:

The primary purpose of this job is to assure effective operation of all HVAC related equipment and control systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Perform scheduled preventative maintenance duties related to all building HVAC systems. Maintain necessary replacement parts inventory for normal repairs. Understand all graphics, functions, and applications of the energy management system. Daily monitoring of the EMS for proactive control of the system. Perform compressor maintenance and repairs. Proficiently understand electrical troubleshooting and repairs. Perform service work on boilers and gas heaters. Install ductwork or piping as needed. Perform refrigerant inspection, recovery, and replacement. Respond to off-shift emergencies as needed. Other duties to be assigned as needed.
