We are currently offering a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates with 2+ years of experience!"•Job Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and refrigeration systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC/R systems and the ability to troubleshoot various equipment issues effectively. The technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. Duties Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, heat pumps, and refrigeration equipment. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling units using various tools such as an multimeter. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system performance and necessary repairs. Keep accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job. Follow safety protocols while working with refrigerants and other hazardous materials. Experience Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair is preferred. Familiarity with equipment repair techniques related to air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration. Ability to work with various tools and diagnostic equipment effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
