HVAC Technician

HVAC Technician Tier 1 Heating and Air is a family owned and operated HVAC company serving Vass, NC and surrounding areas. We are looking for an experienced HVAC technician to join our team. Responsibilities Inspect and troubleshoot residential, light commercial and industrial HVAC systems Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems Provide on-site service to customers at customer locations Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems (i.e, air conditioning) Ability to read electrical codes (i.e. Air Conditioning) Troubleshoot heating systems (i.e. furnace, ductless heat pump, electric heaters) Provide on-site service to commercial HVAC contractors and install new equipment at customer locations Knowledge of EPA regulations and local codes Skills Proven experience as HVAC technician or similar role (2 year minimum) Experience with troubleshooting and repairing residential HVAC systems Ability to read electrical wiring plans (2 year minimum) Excellent knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing residential HVAC systems (2 year minimum) Ability to work independently with little supervision (1 year minimum) Excellent verbal communication skills

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
