HVAC Technician

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units. Diagnose equipment malfunctions and provide efficient and effective solutions to ensure optimal performance. Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to identify potential issues and ensure system reliability. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining repairs and maintenance requirements, and offering recommendations for system enhancements. Maintain accurate records of service reports, work orders, and parts inventory. Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations while working on various job sites.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably in a residential setting. Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance. Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems related to HVAC equipment. Valid HVAC technician certification or license. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and professional manner.
